I’ve finally got this back! I’m suprised considering I’ve been slack on my training during the last month (so much aerial to do) and my last 5 days of man-flu. My shoulders are annoyingly tight, but my back seems to be strong and flexy.
I’ve got a contortion performance in less than 3 weeks, so now I’m beginning to feel better it’s time to stretch. Lots.
