I'm just an ordinary guy who enjoys being flexible. I am not extremely flexible, but all of my flexibility is self taught. I have not had any hands on, or professional training. I am going to use this blog to share my personal flexibility photos and videos as well as my favorites from others of their flexibility and/or acrobatic/tumbling photos and videos that I have found from around the internet.

Looking for some stretching inspiration? Here’s a guy that went from nothing to a full split, all 3 ways, in roughly 5 months. He came to my stretching tutorial video looking to become more flexible. He said that I was an inspiration to him, and here he is 5 months later posting videos of his flexibility. I personally want to congratulate him on his achievement!
